    • proof of concept (done) and build initial portfolio. Too small for large investors (50 mill+).

  • Phase 2

    • Use model and experience from Phase 1 to package investments into sizeable (30-100 mill packages) and thereby help Africa, conservation and communities to access funds that have hitherto not been able to “get to Africa”. This is a growing market, but with very few “investment-ready” deals.

  • Savannah Capital’s role

    • Continue preparing deals. Using sector data and expertise to further drive optimization, tech and expansion. Can also continue as manager for larger investors.
